Prior to using this SaaS, Callpliance, LLC (collectively “we”, “us”, “our”, or “the Company “) requires you to review this Privacy Policy (“Agreement”) and you acknowledge that you read, understand and agree to be bound to all the terms and conditions of this policy in addition to our Terms of Use.

These Services are intended for United States Residents only. Information you provide on this site will be processed by us as a service provider.  

Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy discloses the privacy practices of Callpliance, LLC and its affiliates, and subsidiaries, (collectively “we”, “us”, “our”, or “Company”) and governs the use of the CallVerify.Me product, website or app, (“CallVerify.Me”) or other Company products and services offered under the CallVerify.Me name (collectively, the “Services”) by users of the Services (“you” or “your” ).

CallVerify.Me is a service provider.  This Service is used for businesses or call centers to confirm and verify inbound caller’s for recordkeeping and communication purposes prior to transferring calls, if applicable.  

Types of Information Collected:

These Services will collect Personally Identifiable Information and Non-Personal Identifiable Information about you (collectively “Personal Information”).  This information includes:

Identifiers
First name, last name, telephone/mobile number, email address, physical or postal address, unique personal identifier, online identifier, IP address, or other unique identifiable Information such as a signature, or other similar identifiers.
Internet or Other Electronic Network Activity Information
Includes device identifier, internet protocol (IP) address and information regarding your interaction with any applications or digital properties (webform).
Geolocation Information
Location data generated by a consumer device capable of connecting to the Internet that directly identifies the precise physical location of the identified individual at particular times.
Personal information as described in Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.80(e) To the extent collected under another category of Personal Information above.

Aggregate Information:

This Service will anonymize or aggregate Personal Information wherein there is no capability of it being associated with you.  This is considered “Aggregate Information”. We will not attempt to reidentify individuals from Aggregate Information. We may use and disclose Aggregate Information for any purpose without restriction.

Services Technology- Tracking, Recording & Cookies Information: 

We use java script to implement this service which allows us transfer information you provide to a call agent to the Services so that when you verify and confirm your information you will not have to re-enter some of the information you already gave to the agent.  This script may be linked to Personal Information. Potential user tracking data collected by us is used to optimize your experience. This data may also used and shared for analytic purposes (Data Analytic Providers). 

We may record and retain the contents of your interactions with us, including web forms, chat transcripts, session use, or other written/electronic communications between you and us. By communicating with us, you consent to our recording and retention of such communications.

We may use JavaScript and web technology for some Services. This technology is used to track, record and analyze user movements through this form for legal compliance, analyze the Service and improve its functionality.   The script technology independently documents users’ consent and will collect the following information: page URL, contact information provided by the user, a record of the page including IP address of user’s computer, date and time of initiation and submission of form. This information is combined with other aggregate information to issue a unique identifier for that site visit.  

We use ActiveProspect’s TrustedForm and/or Jornaya’s Lead ID Script to independently document users’ consent to be contacted. These scripts may be embedded on our website and collect the following information when you interact with the page(s) where the script is present: page URL, mouse movements and clicks, contact information inputted by the user, a snapshot of the page, including IP address of the user’s computer, time on the page, date and time that the script was loaded, as well as the date and time of the various user interactions with the page, and HTTP headers from the user’s browser. How We Use the Personal Information Collected:  We use your information only for general business purposes.

Compliance & legal requirements: As required by law, in response to any legal process including law enforcement requests. With any person or entity that may acquire all or any part of our business or assets, in connection with any change in control of us.  To prevent fraud and to protect the safety, property, or legal rights of users of the Services or our third-party service providers. To manage and protect our information technology infrastructure and security.  To comply with applicable legal requirements, industry standards, contractual obligations, Our policies, and take actions that We deem necessary to preserve and enforce Our rights and the rights of others.All categories of Personal Information.

We may also use Personal Information as described to you at the point of collection, with your consent, or as otherwise required or permitted by applicable laws.

Sharing Information Collected:

When you use these Services we will not share your information except as indicated below: 

At Your Direction- we may share your Personal Information at your direction, only for purposes of providing this Service.

Third Party Service Providers – we may share your Personal Information with authorized third-party service providers who are under contract to perform certain services or technical functions on our behalf to provide these Services.  This includes all categories of information as outlined above. These services may include marketing and communications assistance, customer service, processing any requests you may make, performing business and website analysis/audits and maintaining IT and network operations for these Services. This is required to offer Services and for our everyday business operations. You cannot limit sharing unless you do not use these Services.

Data Analytic Providers – we may share your aggregated information with data analytic providers. This information is typically used to analyze and improve this Service. 

Legal Requirements- we may disclose your Personal Information to third parties, as required by law, in the good faith belief that such action is necessary: To comply with a legal obligation, legal request or law enforcement request; to protect and defend our rights or property; to prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service; to protect the personal safety of users of the Service or the public; to protect legal rights of users of the Website, Authorized Service Providers, the companies who contract for these services, affiliates  or for acquisition or merger efforts, consolidation or insolvency proceedings.

We may also share Aggregate Information about your activity with the Website and Services combined with other users of these Services with third parties to analyze user activities for us and our authorized third-party service providers.

How to Revoke Consent, Opt-Out & Unsubscribe:

You are not providing any type of consent to CallVerify.Me except for a one-time verification text message to provide this Service.   Consents obtained will not be shared with any third parties for their marketing purposes.  

TEXT COMMUNICATIONS-Text frequency varies and data and message rates may apply.  To opt-out of text communications, you may text STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL or UNSUBSCRIBE to STOP at any time.  A confirmation of successfully unsubscribing to these Services will be sent via text.  Text HELP for HELP or for additional assistance email: [email protected] 

Any additional consents you may provide to the company you are inquiring about, can be revoked directly with that company. 

Security of Your Personal Information:

The security of your Personal Information is important to Us. There is no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage that is 100% secure. While we utilize commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Storage, Security & Data Retention:

Personal Information will be retained within our CRM and AWS services for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, or as necessary to comply with legal obligations and our backup, archival, and audit procedures. As a service provider, at the controller’s request, we will destroy or render your information unreadable at the time of disposal. 

We require that all authorized third-party service providers are under contract to handle user information under secure and confidential means including the return or destruction of any user information provided once services are completed or terminated.  

No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Children’s Privacy:

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13 (“Children”).

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with PII, please contact us at [email protected]. If we become aware that we have collected PII from children we will take steps to immediately remove that information from our servers.

Changes To This Privacy Policy:

We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy and the posted Terms of Service.  Any changes made will be effective from the date of such posting without further notice to you.  As such, the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service posted at the time you use our Services will govern our relationship for that visit. Your continued use of these Services will constitute acknowledgement and acceptance of any revised terms within this Policy.
